Details: My Father Phillip Coleman is an Ordained Minster. And He knows God’sword. In the past 4mnths, his faith has truly been tested. My father got sickfrom shingles (as long as I can remember he’s gotten a a cold, but never sick).He went in the hospital, they had set up in the back of his head. In this timeframe he was unable to attend church. He was still battling the shingles when hefound out his last living brother had bone cancer. My dad’s brother refused anykind of treatment. The doctors gave him maybe2 or 3mnths. My father and hisbrother lived together for 13 yrs’. The cancer hit my uncle pretty fast, hebecame very weak and unable to care for himself. so, in this time my dad wasn’tworking, nor able to go to church much, he stayed by his brother’s side, takingcare of him. My uncle wouldn’t go into the hospital, and he passed a way inthere home about 3weeks ago. In the time of his sickness and after his passing,the church didn’t call and pray with or encourage my dad. I feel it has reallyhurt him. My dad was a Minster for about 15 yrs’ or more and backslid, this wasbefore like in 1985. He became a really bad alcoholic and God delivered him andthat’s his testimoney.He’s been back in church for about 7 or 8 years. But withall of this and other stuff I haven’t mentioned, that his flesh will grow weak.I have all the faith In God, But I also know how satan works. Then you have abattle going on with your spiritual and flesh. So, Please agree with me inprayer, that God will Keep My dad strong, and that He’ll go to God in this time,and not get so down and discouraged and give up. I know the power of prayer andI know what God can do, He has pulled me out of so much. I can’t and wont losemy dad again and the remarkable man God set out for him to be. My family and Ipray every night…. But Me, I pray thru out the day, don’t get me wrong I’vegiven it to God, but I know were 2 or 3 are gather together in agreement, thereGod is in the midst. I just want to pray for God to comfort him, lift him up.Satan knows if he gets my dad he’s won a real victory, but I’m here to tell you,I know God still answers prayers, I just need some backup.. And for God to giveme the strength and the right words to say, when I do talk to my dad. Also, ifit’s not to much to ask, we are in need of great financial help. Just pleasehold the whole Coleman family up in prayer.. And from the bottom of my heart Ithank you for this site, I thank you for your prayers, and more then anything Ithank the Lord for what He has done and what’s he’s about to do..
