Details: Hi I am asking for prayer for this youth ministry. The pastor said hewas going to make me the leader over the youth ministry but the person I’mworking with won’t let me lead. I don’t feel like the leader; I’ve suggestedthings and it seems like I have no say. I rather not be the leader at all thento not do what I was told to do; lead. I just pray that the delegation ofoffices will be in affect effectively, that we can work in harmony in ourpositions. I want the youth to be impacted. I just pray to be a humble leaderand that i will get the respect as a leader to lead and delegate. Maybe I’mwrong…I just want to do this right. Please pray that we as ministers willpresent the word right, understand it so we can lead the people with eyes andnot blindedly. Also that my partner can let me lead and I can work with myofficers in love and harmony
